WE'LL SOURCE IT FOR YOU

After we source it– FFI Automation manages quality. We supervise manufacturing and test at our Minneapolis facility. We'll specify the exact components, inspect and evaluate for performance. For example: if we're supplying a gear reducer, we specify the bearings, lubrication and construction details. We typically look at the application including torque, velocity, inertia, shock-factor and duty cycle requirements. We will source it for you as well as provide quality validation.

EXTENSIVE IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION AND QUALITY CONTROL

Our manufacturing facilities, assembly management,  testing and state-of-the-art analysis equipment provides quality accountability. Our production facilities include a fabrication shop for light assembly, a variety of machines and specialty tools for monolithic assemblies. We have tech benches for analyzing and measurement. A mechanical shop and other various technical equipment comprise our in-house testing and quality assurance.

 

As important as our facility and equipment is– we also value working relationship within our engineering teams. With their help, our strategy and manufacturing approach to quality control would not reach the level needed to produce the most accurately designed products for today’s OEM market.
